Establishment of the organization.

Signed an MOU with the Government of Gujarat for the establishment of India’s first lightweight aircraft manufacturing unit in the private sector. The facility includes MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), FTO (Flight Training Organization), and NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator) operations hub at Amreli airport.

July 2022
Successfully took over of The Gujarat Flying Club, Vadodara.

September 2022
Secured a Sales, Marketing, and Maintenance contract with Vulcan Air in India.

November 2023
Conducted the Bhumipoojan (groundbreaking ceremony) of the manufacturing factory. The event was graced by the divine hands of Shri Vrajrajkumar Mohadya Shri, and in the esteemed presence of Shri C.R Patil, BJP President, Gujarat State, and Shri Parshottam Rupala, Hon’ble Union Minister of Fisheries and Dairying Farming.
